Does anyone ever experience a drop like feeling in the middle of your chest? The feeling you get in your stomach while on a rollercoaster, but instead it's in your chest?

yes... I do with my anxiety..thats exactly how I describe it to others but they don't get it because they don't deal with it. I hear ya.Its like ur at the top of the rollercoaster..n ur gonna drop a million feet in that next second. Yep.
