Hi sorry to hear this. The golden rule is wait until you have been feeling better for at least 6 months before trying to come off your meds. Maybe you came off them too soon. Are you taking them again now? x
Hey.. Yeah I was told that but I stupidly thought if I feel better then I could come off them. And yeah I started taking them again on Sunday but started straight on 20mg when I should of started on 10
