What’s going on? Wanna talk.

Each day you are here living and breathing and fighting is you defeating anxiety not it defeating you.

We all have bad days or weak even. But it can and does get better.

I am here if you ever need to talk. I have dealt with anxiety my whole life.

What can I do? I'm house ridden and have been for quite some time.

Are you house ridden because you’re afraid of leaving? That’s my biggest issue these past few years. I get anxiety leaving. I know this can be too much at times and we don’t know what to say anymore, but if you need to talk I’m here. Sending hugs 🤗

There are plenty of things you can do. First do you have ways that you know that work in calming you down when you feel anxiety coming on or during a panic attack? Different things work for different people. Also, do you know what sets off your anxiety?

Nothing is really calming for me at this point in my life. It's just immediate and unrelenting. Over thinking sets it off or nothing at all. Feeling hopeless most days. It's like there is no end in sight

Do you know of things that set you off? I have triggers that set off my anxiety typically. I have had Emetaphobia severely since I was 16. I have a daughter that has Cyclic Vomitting Syndrome so each time she has an episode which can be every 2 weeks to every couple of years I have high anxiety. By the way it's a fear of throwing up, emetaphobia. My daughters syndrome makes her do it and it can be a wide range of things like abdominal migraines, stress, fear, stress of good things like bday parties, eating too much or too little. No cure for it. But we manage with abort medicine. With Fall and Winter my anxiety strengthens
