I'm sorry you're feeling this way today, stinks don't it? Please know this will pass. I'm here for you wishing you peace of mind! Love, light, joy & hugs!
Afternoon, sorry to hear your day has started so grey, I hate this feeling and find I have it most days. I try to remember that having these feelings are important so i know what the opposite feels like. think of it like this if I was never sad how would I know when I am not happy.
I also sometimes tackle these feelings like a a project or task at work. e.g. today I feel lonely, how am I going to solve this. Then make a plan and follow it. if nothing else sometimes its enough to stop me dwelling on my feelings and get on with the day ahead.
actually this is exactly the place to spill your guts....you are anonymous....as long as you lock your posts and don't post any thing that can lead back to recognition of who you are in the real world, such as a picture of yourself or any location information, then no one knows who you are and you can talk about what ever you want to within the site guidelines.
Igor4253, the picture you posted in beautiful. Thank you for sharing that. I am so sorry for all that you are facing and going through. Sometimes, our feelings tend to try to mimic the weather if we allow it. Take it moment by moment if you need to. Everything will be ok and you are getting stronger each moment. I believe in you!!
