I need help please..

Okay so i have a flight to go to see my dad in TN for 3 weeks and i know i hate it but i dont feel sad im leaving home, not sad im leaving the things that mean the most to me like my pets, family, and friends....Why am i not sad or crying...ill be all alone down there cause they dont understand what im going through, yet im not crying or feeling sad, but ik i am.....could this be my anxiety and depression?

Part of life is learning how to cope with adversity and the fact you aren’t sad or crying proves you are learning well. It’s nothing to worry about. It’s a good thing. It shows you are growing emotionally.
