Madalina08, I am sorry to hear you are feeling anxious about going out. Might I suggest a few things. First: One minute at a time today. Use mindfulness strategies to stay in the moment today. Thinking about all the terrible things that can happen sets yourself up to fail later. What is the worst that can happen? Make an exit plan. If you have onr you can leave if it gets too much.
I know how you're feeling yet I think you should go for it. If it doesn't work out for you, ya know you can always leave. Getting out of our comfort zone is difficult yet very good for us to do. I sure hope you have a good time! Love, peace, light, joy & hugs!
