I am Ncrazy I just joined,I hate aniextys being afraid all the time catrosphic thinking.chicken little the sky falling. God it's ruining my life I've been thinking vary dark thoughts trying to stay positive on the try this med and that med but taking the medication. My fiancee and I took a day trip what a mistake seeing what aniextys and mental illness can do to a relationship.My career is in the toilet doing remedial kind of work. Thinking in my head looking in the mirror screaming why can't you be normal.but positive positive positive

Just curious...and wanted to know whether things have improved for you or not? (i’m new to this site & I have experienced the symptoms symptoms you described).

I need to be able to move forward and not be stagnated or paralyzed by fear and other symptoms.
