Anxiety kicking in again no reason???

Anyone else just get anxiety just for no reason? Like I’m just chillin at home relaxing than my mind wanders I guess. Also thinking about the future we have no control over gives me anxiety and also depression eventually kicks in. Any suggestions and or does this happen to anyone else??

I definitely relate to this post. My anxiety flares up (well all the time) especially when I am not stimulating my brain or rather when I am not distracting myself. I have found that my adderall prescription usually does the trick otherwise I talk aloud to myself. This might sound weird but it is quite helpful because then I begin to catch my thoughts in action and then I can correct/stop them.

Thank you so much . I may just have to talk my way out of it too since I already talk to myself anyway lol

I'm realizing that when it comes to my anxiety the more aware of it I become, as in catching my negative thoughts, the easier it is to correct those thoughts. I hope this helps! Feel free to message me if you ever need a friend!

I can relate, I'm just sitting and all of a sudden my mind goes to a dark place and my anxiety kicks in. Just like WemberlyWorry I have to talk to myself. I have to hear my voice or do breathing exercises. It actually works. Hope you feeling better.

Hi- I hope you are feeling better today.

Have you tried listening to your favorite to music to calm you down? This works for me, I hope it will work for you too. Reading articles that talks about being positive also helps.

If you think your anxiety is a problem, please talk to your doctor. I pray that you will start to feel better and you will overcome anxiety and depression. Please know that we are here for you, so please keep us posted. Take care.

Yep, that's me! That's why I take 5 Xanex, 2mg each a day. Can't explain it, just come on me. The Xanex helps a lot though, took a while to get used to the dosage though.

I think out of all the things with anxiety and depression, the worst is exactly what you said! It comes out of nowhere and for no reason! I usually come on here and talk to my friends or read posts. I put my oils into my diffuser to calm me down. I put on The Office because it’s my favorite show and it makes me comfortable watching it. I write a lot too. Releasing feelings onto paper helps me. I’m sorry you get this too. Sending you hugs 🤗

Thanks MariaLove123 ! I write down my feelings too and end up with a poem usually. The out of nowhere is the worst .
