Feeling panic.

Good morning does anyone here woke up in the middle of the night with a panic Attack

I can’t say that I do but if it helps to talk I’ll listen. I’ve been waking up and not being able to sleep lately. I think it’s anxiety related but I wouldn’t say I’m having an attack.

Are you having any dreams or anything that you remember that could be triggering something?

Yes dream than I woke with my heart beat so hard

Sadly I’m not sure that there’s much I feel qualified to say about dreams except speculate. I hope this doesn’t happen often... You’re more than welcome to talk it out with me if you think it will help. I wish you the best of luck regardless and hope it doesn’t happen again! 🙂

That happens to me. I only feel anxiety when I try to sleep even nap and when I’m driving. It took a few tries but my Dr finally gave me a medicine that works. I only take it at night to help me sleep. Do take any medicine?
