Lala0666. Your breathing is off. Bring your shoulders down from your

ears. Start some deep breathing, blowing out very slowly It will put you

back in control. If you have a bottle of water, have some right now.

Let us know when you get home. Be safe.. xx

Before doing some "me time" make sure you have eaten something recently today

as well as hydrated. Those 2 things alone can make you feel jittery and nervous.

Once you have, find a quiet spot (not bed) a soft comfortable couch or chair.

dim the lights , put a blanket over your legs, maybe a warm sweater over your shoulder and sip on a cup of hot tea or beverage. This will warm and calm the

inside nervousness as you watch tv, read a book or just sit and meditate.

When driving sometimes we tend to hold our breath a lot from the stress of

traffic and/or weather. You're home now, you're safe, everything Is going to be okay.

I'm glad you made it home safely. :) xx
