Confused

Confused about what is happening to me I am 52 yrs old have anxiety and depression this is all new to me. Looking forward to talk with people who are going through the same stuff. Please help,Thank you.

Hi...I'm new here so not sure how this all works. I am 56 and very confused as well. By the way I love the picture. I am a huge animal lover. I lost my little chihuahua Joejoe about 4 years ago. He was my best friend and I still miss him so much.

Sometimes it’s harder when you lose a pet, I have never met a person who is as loyal as my dog was to me. Hopefully we can figure out what is wrong with us together, and possibly help others at the same time. Thank you for sharing.
