I’m new as well. As far as I can tell you can come on here and ask any questions you may have, vent about what’s going on in your life, reach out in a time of need, just about anything. You may see other people’s posts and have helpful input and others will also provide responses to your posts. It’s a safe place for those of us with anxiety and depression to come together and support each other.

When I was going through the darkest time of my life, I had never heard of anxiety attacks, or clinically depressed.. I felt like I was all alone, and something really wrong with me.

It’s just because we live in a fallen world.. where so many heartaches and disappointments are always happening daily. The only help, and true peace comes in knowing Jesus. Yes we can take medication to help with the symptoms but true healing comes from God.

Not all of us here see it that way, but I’m glad your religion has helped you find peace. No one thing is right for everyone, but it’s great that you found what works for you.

Thanks for your reply, I feel like I could really use moral support from people right now. I know I have friends, but it seems like I dont want to burden them with my thoughts and feelings, and besides, they all got their own problems and they wouldnt understand.
