Taking steps

I decided that today would be the day I soldier through and create a routine.

I went to crossfit (makes me pretty anxious because it is done in a group and there is alot of interacting), I went to see clients and I ate really healthy. Going to walk my dogs after work.

Its small things but I think it has forced me to climb out of my rut and I feel better about accomplishing something with my day.

a lake starts with one drop of water... so small things all add up.... every little bit helps, I'm very happy for you...this is great your moving forward and feeling good about it...
