I decided that today would be the day I soldier through and create a routine.
I went to crossfit (makes me pretty anxious because it is done in a group and there is alot of interacting), I went to see clients and I ate really healthy. Going to walk my dogs after work.
Its small things but I think it has forced me to climb out of my rut and I feel better about accomplishing something with my day.
