I was able to fly!

Just wanted to share I success I had last week. I have been avoiding flying for years for fear of having a panic attack. Well I finally couldn’t avoid it any longer and had to fly for work. I have been taking medication and meditating and exercising so I thought I could get through it. I could feel the anxiety coming on the outbound flight so I took a half a Xanax and it helped. On the way home I didn’t have even the slightest anxiety. For those still struggling keep working, it gets better.
