Ok, guys, i got a rejection email re position which i was waiting for an offer because they sounded like they will hire me. Yes, they said that I was very high on a list but they hired someone with more experience in this particular field. I am ok, i was upset mostly on Tuesday..when i was too sure of an offer, after that i got to realization that they probably are not going to hire me...and moved on. I went for an interview yesterday, which went well...but i don't have high expectations...they have many candidates and they keep interviewing two more weeks. But i feel good about me answering questions there and i look at it as a good experience ...I understand now and want to share: go for interviews...learn from it, practice there. Don't be terrified...or try to deal with your anxiety and lack of energy ...and go. It does become easier if you go for more interviews. You learn questions, you meet people, you practice your skills...I can not stress it enough: go, don't be shy. Even if you are scared, in reality it is easier than you expect because of our anxiety and overthinking and low self esteem and self doubts...I know exactly what we all feel to a certain degree. I have been there ...and i am dealing with the same issues.
And we are sooooooo lucky to have each other here and support and encourage each other...and give advice...and hug each other (virtually).
thank you so much to you, dear friends, for caring!
