Made a mistake and now im self harming

I'd get over to the emergency room at the hospital...or a crisis center there in town.....If you feel out of control...which it sounds like you do...then get over there.

Make sure you’re around people you feel safe with and if you can open up to them so they can be aware. Professional help is best to talk more about why you feel the need to self harm. Some tips in the moment: cold ice on your face and hands, rubber band on your wrist that you flick on your skin, cold shower, brisk walk, intensive exercise, journaling, online texting or phone call

Services for self harm or suicide. I have self harmed and have relapsed before so I know how hard it is. But I believe in you.

Know that it is normal to make mistakes. Don’t be so hard on yourself my friend. I know it’s hard and I’m here for you. I self harmed as well. It might feel like a control but what happens when that gets out of control? I am sending all my love i know this is hard. Love you so much and hope you can feel it. I hope you’re doing alright
