Try going on YouTube and finding anxiety meditations for relaxation. Also research techniques that might help. I’ve been working with a book called DARE. Which is based. on ideas from a Dr Claire Weekes about dealing with anxiety through acceptance and mindfulness. There’s an app that goes with it with exercises to work on,. The author is Barry McDonagh. It’s not a quick fix but I like what it presents. There are lots of tool online if you do some research.

I’m dealing with some bad anxiety too, and just tryin to use some of the techniques I’ve found, and take it one day at a time. It’s not an easy road.
