It’s only part time but it’s the lifeline to our livelihood.
I have been interviewing with other places, but nothing else has panned out so I’m sticking it out here.
I’d like to think the universe has a plan for me and that I need to be patient , it’s getting increasingly more difficult to stay positive and not walk out.
I just needed to vent for a second before my boss (the source of my frustration) arrives.
Hi I emphasise as it's awful being stuck in a job you hate isn't it. Been there myself. All I can say is keep looking and something else will turn up. Don't let any job negatively affect your health though as no job is worth that. Good luck. x
i think i know how it feels. Used to have such an anxiety at the office when did not have enough time to finish some task, and anxiety makes it even harder, because you can not focus...I used to take a walk around the block(if i could) or just go to the bathroom and breath or cry. Try to look for something better ...and somehow separate yourself from a bad situation at you job(remind yourself that this is not you, this is separate from you, a little bit like you are watching a movie. I don't know if it makes sense but i was trying to do that. It is almost to feel a little bit numb...and what you boss is saying is white noise...and you are inside of comfortable chamber and don't care. I know it is easier said than done, but sometimes it is possible to accomplish in order not to walk away.
