Hi

Recently I don't feel good with my medication :( I have panic disorder and i am taking sertraline for like 2 years... with different dose, I am taking 100 mg now but i don't want to take more dose of sertraline! Also, my mom doesn't want to take me to the psychiatrist because she says is not urgent :'( I feel so understimated and sad... i feel that I don't have support u.u I want to change my medication with something to help me when i had to confront stress moments or when i had to do/go something/somewhere that i could have a crisis of panic... You recommend me to change my medication after 2 years with that? Obviusly with the consent of my psychiatrist (if i go someday, lol)
