So I'm 29 and I have been dealing with depression and anxiety my entire life lately it's been really hard because I'm also bipolar but due to being pregnant I can't take any of my medications. Lately I can't sleep and have been feeling completely worthless I feel like everything that goes wrong is my fault and I'm so tired of feeling alone.

wow....that's a tough place to be....there is an herbal extract called CBT oil.....ask your doctor if they think that would be safe for you. Another member here with bipolar says it does help them.

I use it but can't take it being pregnant cps would take the baby

CBT oil has no THC in it....it's completely void of any addictive or any THC high you could possibly get....that's why it's a legal herbal alternative.

I am so sorry to hear that. I just want you to know that you aren't alone in this fight against negativity. We are here for you and we all know how hard it is. I just want to congrats you on your baby, children are a blessing and I think having a child will help add more meaning into your life and make you feel more loved.
