I've been dealing with so much and don't know how to anymore. depression, anxiety, I have insomnia because of it and the PTSD I have no friends really and no one how understands... Need someone to talk to

If you want to be more like Tigger, let go of the need for understanding from family and friends...that’s what I had to do. The frustration associated with needing to be understood is, for me, a waste of time and energy! I spend that energy on helping myself heal from my depression. The work to be done on myself is something they cannot do anyway. I rely on me and my higher power. I do understand what you’re going through! I would be more than happy to talk to you! We're definitely here for you and hear what you're saying. Are you seeing a therapist? Taking medication? What other things help you to feel better? Being outside really helps me so maybe you can try that too. The fresh air and being around nature can act like medication. Also just try and find things to do because doing nothing only feeds the anxiety and depression. Please feel better! 💝
