Has anyone had any sexual side effects from Prozac? I’m on a pretty low dose, but I’ve definitely noticed that it is harder to get aroused, takes longer to orgasm, and the orgasms themselves have diminished. Has anyone found anything that helps? Thanks!

Unfortunately this is a common side effect of a lot of these medications. Maybe work with your doctor to see if there's something similar to Prozac you could try that maybe doesn't have this side effect.
