You sound very tired and rightfully so because you fight hard! But even the best fighters get tired and deserve a break. Maybe you can give yourself a break so you can recharge and regain your strength again. We have faith in you and know that you have the ability to keep fighting. Sometimes being a fighter is what it is. And nothing may be working right now but you can find something else that works, there are so many alternatives but it might take a little more time. What has helped you before?

Stay strong, I know its hard but this program was started for a reason and we are all here to help! Keep fighting and dont forget to take a breather when things get overwhelming. I like to use breathing squares to calm down my own issues. You breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts and breathe out for 4 counts. This helps you focus the breathing and helps to calm your nerves. It helps me so hopefully it can hell you in some way!
I know....it does feel like that for a lot of us....and I'm sorry your going through this. Bad things happen to good people...and there is absolutely no reason for it. Some are too nice and become victims to some con. Some are just in the wrong place at the wrong time. But the most important thing to believe is....none of this is your fault. you are just now at a place of feeling sad and not seeing a solution to your current situation.
Are you in therapy? or on meds?.... if you can't afford either it does not mean you cannot find alternative help. It's good your sharing here...and you can write about all the stuff that's going on and we will listen...and if you want advice....we are just other members like you who may have founds ways we are dealing with our stuff that could possibly be an idea for you to try...or not. We just share and take what we need and leave the rest.
