Suicidal thoughts

When someone says they are suicidal it’s a major trigger for me. It makes me feel down and not myself

It is a sad situation. I think any sane person would feel sad upon hearing someone talk of the s word.

it must be hard for some people on here as its pretty much a cert that suicide will be mentioned everyday or so on here.could you prepare yourself before you come on so its not going to trigger thoughts.

hey Cat....don't take other peoples posts about anything that is a trigger for you on board. Don't read them, and pass them by. That is their issue....and not yours....they can only be offered compassion and possibly some ideas to help them, but nobody can fix them.
