New Here too

I have suffered with anxiety and depression most of my life. I tried getting some medication help. I have been taking care of my parents with my brother for 11 years and both passed way with their family as requested.

At first things were going fine but now I have a lot change in my life and not many close friends to count on. My company merged. I am feeling very anxious. I sort of started taking less medication but I called my doctor and now am getting back on track.

I am just scared and lonely and afraid to take chances.

Any help is appreciated too

You are not alone in this. We are all here for you. Sudden changes can be horrifying and people can be quite shocked. You are strong and you are a wonderful person for taking care of your parents! Keep staying strong and you will be okay . Best of luck and wishes for you xoxo
