Oh I know Overcomer. I'm in a slump myself but I will not allow it to take over.

It happens. For me I use smiles and laughter but I also cry as well. It releases some of the tension. Talking with a therapist as well as going to YouTube to Meditate, Breathe, and just refocus my mind helps until this passes once more.

Find what works for you. The one thing about this forum is that we all have gone through this or are going through the same emotional pain. I hear you. xx
