Do you hate anxiety??

My anxiety has been flaring up in the mornings. I start thinking logically after a while. I wondered do I hate anxiety or is it something else. How does everyone else feel about it.

I absolutely hate my anxiety. It’s debilitating

That same thing happens to me! For a while my anxiety got a lot worse at night, but now it's switched to mornings. I'll be feeling a lot better later in the day and wake up the next morning feeling as bad as I did the previous morning. It's so frustrating! I hate it!

Yeah, just wondering if I have to "embrace" having anxiety or if I can just hate it like it is an enemy.

Huh. I guess I've never really tried embracing it. With me, I've embraced the fact that I have anxiety, but I definitely view it as an enemy. I hate it. I'll be having anxious thoughts [is that what you call them?] and I'll look for ways to prove myself wrong. It's like playing chess with my own brain. I'm not an expert on this stuff, so maybe accepting it would help. I'm not sure. This was probably the most useless reply ever, but that's how I handle it.

Its a good point of view. But maybe I should stop thinking about it too much before I make the anxiety attack again.

I'm sorry, did I make it worse?? Just remember that your mind belongs to you and you should have control. I really hope you feel better, sorry!

I hate my anxiety it makes life harder to deal with .I hear to embrace it also I just don’t know how to embrace something that I hate so much .Morning are when my anxiety is higher sometimes but lately it’s been flaring up also then during the day I’ll be alright and then sometimes at night it hits me again..
