Hi, I'm sorry you are not having the kind of day you had hoped for . I'm wondering if you mean other people are not grateful of you or is just people you have come into contact with today ? I find some days I am more sensitive to what other people say and do, at other times I feel more able to distance myself from negative things.... I wish everyday could be a good day for us all , 🌈 Take care X
Some days can be really tough and sometimes we have to just take a deep breath and move on. Try not to write off the whole day because of one upset as sometimes we just let the bad moments could the rest of the day. If you are finding family and friends are causing you the most problems it could be because they are worried about you and sometimes worry can cause our family to say things without thinking.
Do you have coping techniques that you can use when you feel like this? If not and you have some that you speak to like a counsellor or doctor they might be able to advise you on programs in you area that can help when you are not coping or feeling down.
