A shift change from night to day and an anxiety attack... very frustrating when u dont get any sleep. A med and a normal music of thunder and rain from a speaker always help to get me my sleep schedule back. Getting back to meditation and exercise again on day shift. Night shift i focus only on sleeping.... staying strong.
