Hi there. I’m new to this app. I am currently 17 years old but turn 18 in April. I also graduate this year and have been stressed about it. But anyways, anxiety and depression have been a struggle for me since 2016. It has been very hard.

I am sorry you have been struggling with depression and anxiety. It is hard as a teenager and becoming a young adult, your body and mind are going through many changes and adjustments. Have you looked into getting professional help for your depression and anxiety? Counseling and sometimes medication (if there is a chemical imbalance) can lead to helping feel better. I am glad you reached out on this forum. Know you are not alone. We all understand the struggles of depression and anxiety and how it can affect our lives. We are here to support, love, and encourage one another. I hope your graduation goes well. Congratulations! Please keep us updated on how you are feeling. Blessings!
