Any techniques, strategies I can use to help support my daughter when she is in a panic Attack

I'm sorry your going through this....I don't have panic attacks like many others here do, and I would suggest you read some posts from other members who have been dealing with panic attacks and all the good responses to those to help you get started on finding solutions ....
