Hello everyone. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for their support in my time of need. It’s nice to have this site to turn to for help I just wanted to vent a bit I’m a very respectful moral and Religious person. I grew up in a good home and went to a Catholic High School. I’m a divorced father, to a young beautiful 7 year old baby girl. Lately I’ve been having these really bad disrespectful negative thoughts that are constantly bombarding my mind. I know I need to ignore the thoughts but at times it can be really hard. I need to do and say certain things to help the thoughts kind of subside or go away. Sometimes they can be really draining. I do see a therapist and I take meds and exercise, but in my screwed up mind I’m always worrying about the negative things happening. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you. Samson
