Have you experienced this before? I have been going through existential depression and started reading Viktor Frankls book Mans Search for Meaning. I highly recommend it! Also please look up Douglas Bloch on YouTube, he has had severe depression and been hospitalized for it, and got through it to have a very meaningful life.
It has been going on and off for a few years but this time it feels like a heavier burden, I’m looking for something to cling to, but I cant seem to reach it. I’ll look into your suggestions, maybe they can help, I hope they help.
