I'm just struggling to keep myself busy. Being alone in a house for 30 days is too much for one person to handle

My father has narcissistic personality disorder. He's extra hard on me and he doesn't know why. He's mean, he's cruel, and above all else he hold me to standards that are unreasonable. He expects me to be almost a housewife in a way.
