Depression

I am on seratraline for some time

But by the evening time I feel so badly low and lowest motivation

Don’t even feel like getting out of sofa

I think the effect of medication wear off

Should I ask gp to increase the dose

I have night mares

Any help much appreciated

Sorry your going through all this with your meds not being effective all day for you. Really the only thing to do about medication is to talk to your doctor, and if they don't seem to be helping you, then get a referral to a doctor that maybe specializes in your area. And if you have a therapist it would be helpful to know what's going on in your life as well.
