I know your Fear template is full of good advice but it’s just not as simple to follow. I struggle to get out of bed as I seem to feel safer in bed and think ok.... stay here....but my mind then races all over and I continually try think WHY WHY WHY...I am in the 55+ age group, divorced, jobless with no friends and my only hope is silly dreams like winning the lottery which entertain me for about 2 minutes and I realise it’s never gonna happen. I really am lost and Fear each waking day!
