Hi .....
I am not sure where this post is actually going so will be brief.....I am taking Propranolol & Sertraline and not that sure it’s helping my Anxiety....or if it’s GAD ....or SAD that I have .....I am Male in the 55+ age group and really pretty lonely .....would be nice to exchange thoughts with anyone....

What strength of sertraline are you on? You may need to play with your dose to find just the right Amount for you. I am on 150mg for the past year and it is helping. Just a thought!🙂
I take sertraline 50 mg and xanax as needed. I’ve tried multiple meds and dosages over the last 15 yrs but I get side effects which are worse then what I’m taking them for. Low dose is the only option for me. I’ve also tried combinations but either they didn’t work or bad side effects. The xanax helps a lot when the anxiety is heavy but getting harder and harder to get because it’s highly addictive. That’s been a sore spot for me.

Hi ! In reply to your post, I'm on Sertraline 150 mg and also Mirtazapine 45mg for both depression and anxiety. Have been taking these meds for a while and for right now in my life,they are a real,real help. Its stopped me hitting the all time rock bottoms that I had prior.
I'm certain that you'll get good advice here.
