Idk if this is part of my anxiety but it’s so frustrating Ill just be sitting there an out of no where I get anxious and butterflies and I get an uneasy tightening in my stomach🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Just let it be and do whatever you can to distract yourself; essentially ignoring it

Can you go do something that relaxes you? Maybe listening to music, or taking a walk? Do you have a counselor to talk to about this?

I get the same way. Actually just happened to me a few minutes ago in a restaurant. It’s so hard to live with and causes me to get nauseous and unable to eat. You are not alone

Sayvy, start practicing on your deep breathing. Go to YouTube and follow along with the video. It will guide you through the proper way of breathing to relieve stress.

Once you've accomplished deep breathing, use it daily before you need it. You cannot deep breath and be anxious at the same time. Once this can be done automatically w/o any hesitation or thinking, you will actually be able to prevent or stop the anxiousness and butterflies before it escalates. It works every time. Go to sleep to deep breathing, awaken to it, use it when in a store or waiting in line, at the doctors, when driving and even when sitting quietly watching tv.

Your body will thank you for relaxing the muscles and nervous system. My best. xx
