I have tried a lot of supplements including 5htp and none of them calm down my mind. I’m taking magnesium and B vitamins as well as D. I just started with a therapist and I started acupuncture. I will let you know if they become successful but right now it’s early and I’m a huge skeptic b/c I have tried a lot and spent a lot of $ just to be back at square one. I’ve found yoga and Buddhism as the 2 most comforting things for me but I need to commit more time and effort to them. I don’t know anything about redicalm. I hope they work for you. Keep me informed.👍🏻👌😀
