Talk to your therapist, and reach out to a friend or family member you feel supports you. I think for a lot of people, cutting is a way of getting out of the mental and emotional state and making it feel more physical. Maybe try some different, healthier, ways to awaken your senses. Physical movemnet, like going for a walk or working out, can help. Grounding exercises can be super helpful too: name 5 things you see, 4 things you hear, 3 things you can touch, 2 things you smell, and 1 thing you can taste. (or something like that) It can get your senses kicked into the present and able to connect your body with the world around you at that moment.
