This group is not anxiety sucks. But I would agree with that terminology. Everyone is this group is supportive and encouraging. We understand how hard it is to live with anxiety and depression. Through this group you will learn you are not alone. Please feel free to share what you are going through or feeling. No judgement, we just want to be there for you and want to see you feel better. That is so true. I albo have no clue how I got here. But I am so happy to be here and be part of it. Thank you all wonderful people that you truly try so hard for others! I wish us all that we get so much better
