Thank you for sharing this interesting information piece.
As an addition to therapies , meds etc I agree it can be very helpful to have technological options to assist with mental health issues...apps such as health unlocked seem to certainly help a lot of people to open up and importantly feel less alone and isolated..
Also agree it’s best to consider such apps/options as an ‘addition to’ rather than ‘instead of’ treatments for mental health problems.
Technology is moving fast though and I wonder just how much it can improve to one day be ‘the thing’ in total ,that we turn to to heal from our mental health illnesses.....
