Ive been dealing with Anxiety now for like 5 years. It goes up and down with severity depending on whats going on. Leaving the house has become really hard for me. Now that the summer is here i dont have the constant schedule of dropping off and picking up kids that helps me get thru the day. Summers here and everything in body is screaming to get out the house but i just cant get up and go. My kids are the ones suffering. And my support system is pretty much zilch. Im just at the end of my rope. And just trying to figure out to get myself out of myself i guess...

I'm not a therapist, but as long as everyone receiving appropriate basic care, I'd say don't be hard on yourself. We can't all be parent of the year. Sometimes, maintain is the best you can do. Try to take advantage of any opportunity, any break in the clouds, so to speak, to get out for a while, any small thing will do. And seek some means of professional help if it's at all an option, especially since you don't have much of a support system.
Maybe just try to do one small thing today. Just start small. Like maybe take a short walk with the kids or a bike ride. Sometimes doing one small thing leads to another and before you know you've broken out a little. I don't know if you have a backyard, but if you do you could get a cheap backyard pool. Maybe that would help you get out a little and get some sun.
Consider getting help. It sounds like you have done what you can do. Often we need to admit that there is nothing more we can do and seek help. For the health of yourself and your family, I will be available if you need to chat. Blessings of peace to you.
