I have suffered anxiety for over 20 years and have managed it through medication, However my Nephew is terminally ill and I’ve hit a bit of a post. Gp prescribed me a variety of meds which sent me a bit crazy so I am now on just my anti depressant... I keep having horrendous ups and downs every day, hot sweats, hate being around people and feel like I just want to close the door and shut everyone away x
