Hi,good day to you I too have been dealing with anxiety and depression for sometime also it’s hard but with trust in god and some work it gets easier it may feel like at first it will never get better but just believe my friend it does get better not over night but time heals all and finding the right help makes it easier also but welcome to the site my fellow warrior we are in this together so I hope your prepared to fight the good fight have a great rest of the day and god bless you
