Anxiety/depression help

So I’ve been experiencing anxiety for as long as I can remember, I have depression as well but I can handle it much better. I need help with what I should do next, here’s my situation; I am 21 living with my parents who are slowly having enough of my freeloading. I’ve had many many jobs but can never hold one, the anxiety eventually causes to much stress and I quit or I get fired for underperformance because of all my anxiety attacks. I hide my anxiety very well(not always a good thing) most of my friends don’t know I suffer with these issues. Or at least they haven’t spoken up about it. Only my boyfriend knows, my parents for the most part believe that anxiety isn’t a real health issue. They seem to believe I should just get over it. I’ve been lucky enough to go therapy and get good help, along with medications that have suppressed my depression. But my anxiety has never been under control. I feel as if I’ve tried everything, every type of job, every medication, every exercise, and even random ideas off the internet. My main issue is that my parents give me the most anxiety, I’m the most uncomfortable when I’m around them, I don’t hate them or anything, they’re helping me, but they also terrify me. Im not myself around them, so going to work where my anxiety acts up constantly, and then getting home to them where my anxiety is just as bad causes and unending amount of stress. I’ve thought about trying to get on disability, but I’m only 21 so I’m doubtful I’d qualify. Not that I want to be on disability, but I’m low on options. I’ll take any advice or support offered. I’m out of ideas.

Are you planning to get a place of your own? Maybe relieving yourself of an anxiety triggering environment could help. Start saving up or get a friend to move into an apartment with. Or you could even get a punching bag; it really helps

I already have a punching bag lol. It helps, but it’s difficult to use when my parents are home. It makes to much noise and stuff. And I would love to get a place of my own, I just haven’t been able to get a steady flow of income to do such. Also most of my friends are online friends or already have roommates.

About getting a job; how about every time you feel anxiety attacking, think about how much you DON'T want to live in this house or how much you NEED to get out. Tell yourself this is your body, your mind and only you can control it. Give the wave of panic a name and a shape and fight it till it's gone. I hope this helps.
