So I’ve been doing really really well with my anxiety. I’m on a mrs that works for me and the panic attacks had almost completely stopped for several weeks. It was wonderful. Then I screwed up.
Yesterday, I ate a cookie.
Yeah, cookies seem harmless, but stupid me. I forgot to check the ingredients for nuts. I’m allergic to nuts. I immediately started to have an allergic reaction which lead to a panic attack, both of which lead to an asthma attack.
Now my anxiety is through the roof.
I’ve spent the day shaky and on edge. No more panic attacks today, but still feeling pretty awful.
