I dont know what Triggers my anxiety . I'll be eating with my family and out of nowhere I start feeling hot like Adrenaline running through my body . I can't even be around my own daughter. What are some anxiety relief techniques I could do.

Try and be in the moment, and continue to be mindful of what's around you. Try deep breathing, counting your breaths as you breath in and out. Try taking a break before coming back to the situation that gave you anxiety. I try listening to music, or just taking time away. Honestly, the most helpful for me was the time away. That helped the most.
Have you tried mindfulness? If not try looking into it online I'm sure it could help you
Exercise was the best anxiety relief for me.
