Today my meds for anxiety was pushed up again. Hope it works, anxiety is really disturbing to one's daily life

Yes it can be crippling sometimes. It's a awful thing to have in someone's life. But since your on medication for it, that helps alot. I'm wondering how to cope with it without meds. I wish all of us would find that answer. Till then we just have to go one day at a time. We are all in this together.
