Right now I’m struggling with the asking help. I’m trying to reach out for instance joining this community. And reaching out to friends. I also recently started therapy again. It helps but when you feel like your hole is so deep you can’t get out with any help it’s very hard to ask for the help
Ask yourself how can I help myself, Go watch Dr Wayne Dyer progs on you tube daily he will help you.
